Meghana Reddy Kolli is a young, dynamic leader in her mid-20s and the visionary force behind MR Future Foundation. She holds an MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Meghana is also a certified Cyber Crime Intervention Officer (CCIO) under the National Security Database. She brings a vibrant and forward-thinking approach, combined with strategic business acumen and technical proficiency, to the organization. Her diverse skill set and innovative approach form a strong foundation for the impactful work carried out by MR Future Foundation to create meaningful and sustainable change.

Meghana leads the foundation with a focus on sustainable development, leveraging her technical expertise and strategic insight to address societal challenges. Her leadership is guided by the principles of the 5Ps – People, Planet, Prosperity, Partnerships, and Peace – aligning the foundation’s initiatives with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Technology and Cybersecurity Expertise: Meghana’s technical background, particularly her B.Tech and CCIO certification, allows her to introduce cutting-edge solutions to community challenges, particularly in areas like cybersecurity, education, and healthcare.

Public Policy and Fiscal Management: Her experience working with the Government of Andhra Pradesh’s Finance Department has provided her with deep insights into fiscal policy, resource mobilization, and governance, which she applies to the foundation’s programs.
